Kitchen Hood Overhaul, Refrigerated Cabinet Installation and VRV Repair

Professional Kitchen Climate-Control and Ventilation Solutions

In the professional kitchen of Çiğerci Yılmaz Yemekhane, a busy operation in the food sector, a complete overhaul of the extraction hood systems — which are exposed to prolonged high heat — was carried out. To prevent performance losses due to grease build-up, thermal fatigue and mechanical wear, the fan motors, grease traps, filter modules and exhaust ducts were entirely renewed.

The overhaul of the stainless-steel refrigerated cabinet systems that require cold storage also forms an important part of this project. Gas charging of the cooling units, compressor checks and thermostat calibrations were performed, and stainless cabinet installations compliant with hygiene standards were completed. In addition, the sale and installation of new refrigeration units (brand-new products) that were needed were carried out.

In professional kitchens, the proper functioning of extraction-hood and refrigeration systems is one of the basic conditions both for meeting HACCP food-safety requirements and for passing hygiene inspections with top marks.

The resolution of the VRV system's technical fault and air conditioner installation services were also provided in full. By optimizing the temperature management of the work areas, the kitchen staff were supported to work in a healthier and more productive environment. Technical reports that facilitate full compliance with the rigorous inspection processes of food businesses were also delivered at the end of the project.
